Last Innings

I only managed three shots before the Sun finally went down. This is why I titled the picture ‘Last Innings’. A couple of minutes later I would have missed it altogether. So, when it comes to capturing a Sunset or a Sunrise, preparation is key as in many things.

All that said, I hope the picture brings you a sense of peace and tranquillity.

Just now, I am trying to navigate my way around this new editor on Word Press. Not getting on too well with it just now but I guess change makes for progress. Hopefully, things will seem clearer to me soon but for now, I thought to post a picture until I begin to fathom things out, find my way and gain some sort of direction.

Still not sure where this ‘Blog thing’ is taking me. Sometimes I think I will just delete it, and have one thing less to do but so far I have resisted that. Anyway, we shall see.

Sending you best wishes always…

Blessed be…

Liola

  1. Dear Liola… love this post. I feel the same. Not sure about the whole blogging thing and if it makes sense for me. Especially with the changes to WP that make it challenging. Do you know about the Classic Block though? That has helped me some.

The photo is amazing. Thanks for sharing. 🧡 Hugs xoxoxo

    • Dear Nadine…so sorry for not responding sooner. Thank you for taking the time to comment! I truly appreciate it as time is so precious!! Trying to get on top of life but feel pretty over extended just now but trying to smile through it all, breathe and stay grounded. Been really slack on here lately. I am with you on the blogging thing and thinking it would be better to put my energy into actually writing a book. We’ll see lol. I saw the Classic Block option but for some reason I must be doing something wrong as it will not allow me to revert to it. I’ll have another look. I hope you and your family are keeping well. What a year we have all had!! Sending you love and hugs! 💕💓xoxoxo

      • Wow, interesting that I finally see this now. I am thinking along similar lines. The block editor is so awful, but a blessing also, since it only helps me become less addicted here. So I’m happy. :)) Please write your book. The world needs your story. :))) xoxoxoxoxox

      • Love you Nadine! Think we must belong to the sane Soul group maybe? A lovely friend of mine just recommended a book called Journey of Souls by Michael Newton PhD. I am going to try and get hold of it as I am curious! Also, trying to adopt a better/healthier lifestyle like you! Not 100% there yet but on the way! You are my inspiration! 😊💕xoxoxoxoxoxoxo

      • Awwww love you too Liola. That book sounds wonderful. Definitely from the same family of souls. And wow… thank you for these encouraging words. I’ve had some tempting times lately, in my mind at least, but I’m still carrying on one day at a time. Thanks for inspiring me, now!!! xoxoxoxo 🌻💖
